Premium medium instant (cyanoacrylate) adhesive with high strength for modelling and general use specially formulated for RC car tyres. Supplied in a bottle with a clog-resistant application tip. 50 g package is great for contest pilots with a large consumption of glue.
The medium viscosity instant adhesive is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well together. Bonds wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper.
Typical application method: The adhesive is applied to one of the contact surfaces and the parts are immediately pushed together, but the adhesive can also be applied to the joint of well-fitting parts pushed together.

- Max. temperature range: -40 to +85 °C
- Optimum gap width between bonded parts: zero
- The cured adhesive is soluble in: acetone, dimethylformamide, acetonitrile
Recommended activator/accelerator: KAV56.9977 KAVAN PRO activator CA spray 150ml
Recommended adhesive/debonding agent: KAV56.9979 KAVAN CA adhesive 20g
Removing excess uncured adhesive: cloth or paper napkin moistened with acetone (if the bonded materials resist it).
Thinning the adhesive: if the instant adhesive thickens, this is a sign that it has already partially polymerised and lost its original properties - no "thinning" can bring it back. If you need a "thinner" instant glue, simply use a lower-viscosity type. The different types of KAVAN PRO instant adhesives can be mixed together to achieve optimum viscosity.
For use as a sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV56.9980 KAVAN CA filler.
Suitable for bonding: RC car tyres, softwood and hardwood, particleboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, fibreglass and carbon laminates, fibreglass and carbon fabrics and fibres, many plastics (including EPP and EPO).
Not suitable for bonding: polystyrene foam, polyethene, Teflon, silicone.
Storing: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry, dark place (at +2 to +10 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2 °C.
Shelf life: under proper storage conditions, we guarantee a shelf life of 1 year in the unopened original packaging, while maintaining the above product properties.
