The high-performance DAC decoding chip built into the KZ AM01 uses the latest manufacturing process, with standby power consumption as low as 10mW/h. (Most decoding chips on the market have an outdated manufacturing process, and even with no load, they have a high power consumption of 40-50mW/h.) This chip provides KZ AM01 with an impressive signal-to-noise ratio of up to 124dB and a dynamic range of 111dB, ensuring a precise one-to-one conversion of digital signals into pure lossless audio quality.

KZ AM01 features the MAX97220 independent amplifier chip, which dynamically adapts to loads within 600Ω (sufficient for driving most earphones on the market). This ensures a cleaner and more powerful audio output while minimizing distortion.

The PCM sampling rate of KZ AM01 is as high as 32-bit/384kHz. The much-admired CD audio quality, which many audiophiles appreciate, has a maximum sampling rate of only 24-bit/44.1kHz. Therefore, if the playback device and source meet certain conditions when paired with KZ AM01, you can easily enjoy a listening experience far exceeding CD audio quality.
